The Todai Ikebana Club（東大華道部）

　Hello! Ikebana is a traditional flower arrangement that is aesthetically pleasing to Japan. The Todai Ikebana Club is still a small organization that was revived in 2021, and together with our alumni and friends, we invite an instructor to practice flower arrangement. We practice twice a month at Hongo campus (on days when club members can attend) and once a month at Komaba campus (on the fourth Tuesday of the month). In addition to exhibiting at the May Festival and the Komaba Festival, we also practice flower arrangement several times a year.
　Most of the club members are beginners, and since we are active at both Hongo and Komaba campuses, we have a variety of members from undergraduates to graduate students. International students and 2nd year students and above are also welcome to join the club!
　We are a club that freely enjoys ikebana, so there is nothing formal about our activities! Our activities have a laid-back atmosphere, so please come and experience it for yourself!
