The University of Tokyo Rugby Football Club（東京大学運動会ラグビー部）

1. "History"
   
   The University of Tokyo Rugby Club is a prestigious organization that was established in 1921. It is the fourth oldest university rugby club in Japan, following Keio, Waseda, and Doshisha. The team has even defeated powerhouse schools such as Waseda, Keio, and Meiji in the past. In 2021, the club celebrated its 100th anniversary. Thanks to the generous support of numerous alumni from the club, current members can participate in club activities without having to pay membership fees.

2. "Philosophy"
   
   The University of Tokyo Rugby Club's team spirit is embodied in the motto "Go Low and Refresh the World." While maintaining a humble and respectful attitude befitting the gentleman's sport of rugby, players also nurture a strong fighting spirit and dedicate themselves to daily practice in pursuit of victory. The goal is not solely to win, but to cultivate a strong mindset that enriches their lives throughout the four years they spend with the club.

3. "Well-Equipped Environment"
   
   The University of Tokyo Rugby Club boasts excellent facilities, including a dedicated rugby field and a two-story clubhouse complete with a bath. In celebration of the club's 100th anniversary last year, various projects were undertaken to further improve the environment, such as enhancing the rugby field's lighting and installing an ice machine and air conditioning in the clubhouse. Additionally, the club benefits from extensive support from professional staff, including rugby coaches, strength and conditioning (S&C) coaches, medical trainers, and a team doctor. Whether experienced or new to rugby, players have access to an environment that allows them to grow stronger while minimizing injury risks.
