UTokyo Modeling Club is a modeling club consisits of more than 15 UTokyo students who really love scale modeling. We are welcoming guys who are interested in plastic models, GUNPLA, railroad models, full scratch models, 3D printer outputs and so on, whatever scale model.

The University of Tokyo Shorinji-Kempo Club (東京大学運動会少林寺拳法部)
What is Shorinji Kempo? Shorinji Kempo is a self-defence art born in Japan. Shorinji Kempo is a martial art that originated in Kagawa Prefecture in the post-war period. Its founder, Sōdōshin, organised and reorganised the fist techniques he had learnt in China and added his own originality and ingenuity to them. Although it is a relatively new martial art, it is one of the nine major martial arts of Japan. It is characterised by two types of techniques: hard techniques, such as thrusting and kicking, and soft techniques, such as throwing and joint techniques, and places emphasis not only on technique but also on mental development.
Tatekan Club (東京大学立て看板同好会)
We are the Tatekan Club, dedicated to creating "Tatekans" (Japanese signboards). If you've visited Komaba Campus, you've likely noticed many Tatekans around, and some of them were made by us! We meet several times a month to paint and craft these signboards. If you have a message you'd like to share through a Tatekan, feel free to join us! We warmly welcome international students. SOS Brigade the University of Tokyo Branch (SOS団東大支部)
SOS Brigade the University of Tokyo Branch is a club that recreates the "SOS Brigade" featured in the popular anime "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya". Our regular activities include engaging in projects inspired by the series(E.g., Setting up bamboo decorations on campus, visiting locations that served as settings in the anime) as well as freely pursuing activities that members find interesting.
